This Privacy Policy is provided in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and applicable Irish data protection law, including the Data Protection Acts 1988–2018. LinkedCoach PRO is operated from Ireland and serves clients across the European Economic Area and internationally.

It does not apply to third-party websites or platforms we link to, which have their own privacy policies.

3.1 Information You Provide to Us
We collect personal data that you actively provide, including:
Identity data: first name, last name, professional title
Contact data: email address, phone number (if provided)
Profile data: LinkedIn profile URL, professional background, career goals
Financial data: billing name and address; payment card data is processed directly by our payment provider and never stored by us
Communications: messages, enquiry content, feedback, and survey responses

When you visit our websites, we or our service providers automatically collect:

Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.
6. Data Sharing and Processors
We share personal data only with trusted third-party processors acting under our instruction and bound by appropriate data processing agreements. These include:
Payment processing: Stripe (PCI-DSS compliant; processes card payments)
CRM and email marketing: Go High Level / API System (manages subscriber lists and automated sequences)
Website hosting: as applicable to our hosting provider
Video conferencing: Zoom or similar platforms (for live workshops and coaching calls)
Analytics: Google Analytics or similar (anonymised usage data)
We will disclose personal data to law enforcement, regulatory authorities, or legal advisors where required by law or to protect our legal rights.
We do not transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA) except where adequate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal data for no longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, taking into account legal, accounting, and reporting obligations:
Client and purchase records: 7 years from the date of the last transaction (in line with Irish Revenue requirements)
Marketing subscriber records: until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent, plus 1 year
Website usage / analytics data: 26 months (in line with standard analytics practice)
Communications and enquiry records: 3 years from the last contact
Where data is no longer required, we securely delete or anonymise it.
8. Your Rights Under GDPR
As a data subject in the EEA (or where equivalent rights apply), you have the following rights:

Right to withdraw consent (Art. 7(3)): Where processing is based on consent, withdraw it at any time
Right not to be subject to automated decisions (Art. 22): We do not engage in solely automated decision-making with legal effects
To exercise any of these rights, please submit a written request to [email protected]. We will respond within one calendar month of receipt. We may ask you to verify your identity before processing your request.
You will not be required to pay a fee to exercise your rights. If your request is clearly unfounded or excessive, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable fee or refuse.
