Terms of Service

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and LinkedCoach PRO. By accessing our website, purchasing a product, or enrolling in any programme, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
1. About Us
LinkedCoach PRO is operated by LinkedCoach PRO (Deborah Koningferander), a sole trader established in Ireland. Our services are offered through linkedcoachpro.com and thelinkupschool.com.

2. Definitions
In these Terms, the following definitions apply:
"We", "us", "our" refers to LinkedCoach PRO and its operator.
"You", "your", "client" refers to any individual or entity accessing our website or purchasing our services.
"Services" means all products, programmes, workshops, courses, coaching, and digital content offered by LinkedCoach PRO.
"Platform" means our websites, email systems, and any learning environment used to deliver our Services.
"Content" means all text, video, audio, templates, worksheets, slides, and other materials created by us.
"Consumer" means a natural person acting outside of a trade, business, craft, or profession, as defined under Irish and EU consumer protection law.
3. Eligibility
By using our Services you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years of age;
You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract;
If purchasing on behalf of a business, you are authorised to bind that business to these Terms;
All information you provide is accurate and complete.
Our Services are intended for professionals and business owners. They are not suitable for, and must not be accessed by, persons under 18.
4. Our Services
4.1 Entry Offers
We offer the following entry-level products:
5-Day LinkedIn Visibility Reset — a free 5-day email course delivered to subscribers who opt in via our website.
The LinkUp Lab — a paid live Thursday workshop (day pass at €17). The €17 purchase price may be credited toward a full LinkUp School membership if you join within the applicable period. Credit terms will be confirmed at point of purchase.
LinkedIn Profile Power Audit — a written audit report delivered within the timeframe stated at point of purchase (€47).
4.2 Core Programmes
We offer the following paid programmes, subject to availability:
The Differentiation Blueprint — an 8-week group coaching programme (€1,297). Cohorts run quarterly with a minimum of 5 participants. The next cohort is scheduled to open 7 July 2026.
30-Day LinkedIn Career Relaunch — a structured programme for job seekers and career professionals (€497).
Additional programmes for other audience segments will be announced in due course.
4.3 The LinkUp School
The LinkUp School (thelinkupschool.com) is a separate membership platform. Access and membership terms are governed by the terms published on that site, which are incorporated by reference.
4.4 Changes to Services
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible. If a programme you have enrolled in is cancelled before it begins, you will receive a full refund.
5. Bookings, Enrolment, and Payment
5.1 How to Enrol
Enrolment is completed via our website or the booking links provided. A contract between you and LinkedCoach PRO is formed when you submit a booking or purchase and we confirm your enrolment by email.
5.2 Pricing
All prices are displayed in Euro (EUR) and are inclusive of any applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; changes will not affect confirmed bookings.
5.3 Payment
Payment is processed securely by our third-party payment provider (Stripe). We do not store your card details. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless an instalment plan is expressly offered and agreed.
5.4 Invoices and Receipts
A receipt will be issued automatically upon successful payment. If you require a VAT invoice or specific documentation for business purposes, please contact us within 14 days of purchase.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Your statutory rights as a Consumer under Irish and EU law — including the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013 — are not affected by this policy.
6.1 Consumer Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
If you are a Consumer purchasing a digital product or service, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason, provided that delivery of the digital content has not yet begun with your express prior consent.
By ticking the relevant box at checkout or accessing course materials immediately after purchase, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal once access is granted.
Where the right of withdrawal applies, you may exercise it by emailing us at [email protected] with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice.
6.2 Group Programmes
For cohort-based programmes (e.g. The Differentiation Blueprint):
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the cohort start date: full refund less any non-recoverable administration costs.
Cancellations made 7–14 days before the start date: 50% refund.
Cancellations made fewer than 7 days before the start date: no refund, but your place may be transferred to a future cohort at our discretion.
If a cohort is cancelled by us due to insufficient enrolments: full refund issued within 14 days.
6.3 Audits and Written Reports
The LinkedIn Profile Power Audit is a bespoke written service. Once work has commenced, refunds are not available. If you have purchased an audit and wish to cancel before work begins, please contact us within 48 hours.
6.4 Live Workshops (The LinkUp Lab)
Day passes are non-refundable once the workshop date has passed. If you are unable to attend, please contact us in advance and we will use reasonable endeavours to provide access to a recording where available.
6.5 How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] with your full name, purchase date, and order reference. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
7. Your Responsibilities
By using our Services, you agree to:
Engage with the programme materials honestly and in good faith;
Complete any pre-work, assessments, or preparation required to participate effectively;
Treat other participants, coaches, and staff with respect in any group or community setting;
Not share, resell, reproduce, or distribute any course materials, recordings, or content without our prior written permission;
Not record live sessions without the express consent of all participants and LinkedCoach PRO;
Keep your login credentials (where applicable) confidential and not share access with third parties;
Comply with these Terms and any additional guidelines communicated during the programme.
We reserve the right to remove any participant from a programme without refund if their behaviour is disruptive, abusive, or in breach of these Terms.
8. Intellectual Property
All Content created by LinkedCoach PRO — including but not limited to course materials, frameworks, worksheets, templates, video recordings, email sequences, slides, and written guides — is the exclusive intellectual property of LinkedCoach PRO and is protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws.
Upon purchase of a Service, you are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Content for your own professional development. This licence does not permit you to:
Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any Content in any form;
Create derivative works based on our Content;
Use our Content for commercial purposes, including resale or incorporation into your own paid products;
Share access credentials or Content with third parties.
Any feedback, testimonials, or case study material you provide to us may be used by LinkedCoach PRO for marketing purposes. We will seek your explicit consent before using any personally identifying information in this context.
9. Coaching Nature of Services — Important Notice
LinkedCoach PRO provides LinkedIn strategy, personal branding, and career visibility coaching. Our Services do not constitute legal, financial, psychological, or career counselling advice. Results achieved by other clients are not guaranteed and are dependent on individual effort, market conditions, and other factors outside our control.
You acknowledge that:
You are solely responsible for the decisions and actions you take based on our coaching and content;
Individual results will vary and past client outcomes do not guarantee your results;
Our coaching is not a substitute for professional advice in regulated fields such as law, finance, or mental health.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Irish and EU law, LinkedCoach PRO's total liability to you in connection with any Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.
We shall not be liable for:
Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive loss or damage;
Loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunity, or goodwill;
Outcomes or results arising from your use or application of our content;
Any failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including but not limited to technical failures, illness, or acts of God.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Consumer statutory rights are not affected.
11. Confidentiality
Where you share sensitive business information with us in the course of coaching or audits, we will treat that information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as required by law or with your consent.
In group programme settings, we ask all participants to respect the confidentiality of what is shared by others within the group. While we encourage a culture of discretion, we cannot guarantee the conduct of other participants.
12. Website Use
12.1 Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our website or Platform to:
Transmit any unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or infringing material;
Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code;
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems;
Scrape, harvest, or collect data from our Platform without permission;
Impersonate any person or entity.
12.2 Third-Party Links
Our websites may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those sites and their inclusion does not constitute endorsement.
12.3 Availability
We aim to keep our Platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may carry out maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any loss arising from unavailability.
13. Privacy and Data Protection
Our collection and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at linkedcoachpro.com/privacy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our Services, you confirm that you have read and understood it.
We are committed to compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Irish data protection law.
14. Communications and Testimonials
By subscribing to our email list or purchasing a Service, you agree to receive transactional and service-related communications by email. Where you have opted in, you will also receive marketing emails, from which you may unsubscribe at any time.
We may invite you to share a testimonial or case study. Any testimonial you provide is voluntary. By submitting a testimonial, you grant us a royalty-free, worldwide licence to publish it in connection with the promotion of our Services.
15. Modifications to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to existing clients by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of our Services after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance.
The version of the Terms in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase, unless we are required to change them by law.
16. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with respect to ongoing Services (such as a membership) by giving written notice in accordance with the cancellation terms in Section 6. For one-time purchases, the agreement concludes upon delivery of the Service.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform immediately and without notice if you materially breach these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. The courts of Ireland shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or our Services.
Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation. Please contact us in the first instance at [email protected].
If you are a Consumer based in the EU, you may also refer disputes to the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
18. Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
19. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific programme terms communicated at the point of enrolment, constitute the entire agreement between you and LinkedCoach PRO with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior communications and agreements.
